Enhancing the raw material means giving it a new dimension by machining parts, micron for micron, to what are often highly complex specifications.

Our speciality : turned parts for some of the world's finest watches, as well as components for other manufacturing sectors. Working mainly with batch and medium-production runs (from 1 to 100'000 pieces) we manufacture a wide range of products, including screws, bars, arbors, and pipes. Works almost exclusively with gold, turning 0.8 to 10 mm bar stock.
The smallest parts are roughly one tenth of a millimetre.
Machining gold requires optimum scrap management. its costs being such that every chip must be recovered.
Each order is dealt with individually, and when the machining is completed, everything adds up, almost to the last gram, parts and chips.
