Fondée
en 1966, notre entreprise fournit toutes pièces pour
l'électronique, l'appareillage (pointes de stylos,
etc.) en grande série. Notre équipement moderne
est composé de tours Tornos, Deco 2000, TOR-4 à
2 poupées mobiles équipés pour opérations
de polygonage, de tours monobroche pour opérations
de perçage, filetage, perçage latéral,
polygonage, dans toutes les matières, telles que
laiton, bronze, cuivre, acier au plomb, acier inox, jusqu'à
12 mm.
Unsere Firma wurde 1966 gegründet und liefert sämtliche
Bestandteile für die Elektronik und den Apparatebau
in grossen Losen, als fertige Drehteile. Kugelschreiber-Spitzen
und viele andere Teile gehören zu unserem Lieferprogramm.
Unser moderner Maschinenpark besteht aus Deco 2000, TOR-4
Tornos-Langdrehautomaten mit 2 Spindelstöcken ausgerüstet
für Mehrkant-Operationen und aus Einspindlern mit Bohr-,
Gewindeschneid-, Mehrkantfräsoperationen und seitlichen
Bohrungen. Sämtliches Material, wie Messing, Bronze,
Kupfer, Weichstahl, rostfreier Stahl, u.s.w. bis 12 mm Durchmesser,
wird bearbeitet.

points and many other parts belong to our program. Modern
workshops, equipped with Deco 2000 TOR-4 automatics from
Tornos, with two sliding headstocks, permit polygonal turning
operations. Single spindle automatics are equipped for all
kinds of operatiors, as drilling, threading, tapping, side-drilling,
polygonal milling, etc. All kinds of materials, like brass,
bronze, copper, soft steel and stainless steel, up to 12
mm in diameter, can be turned. |
