: Depuis 1960,nous sommes spécialistes du décolletage
de fiches électroniques en métaux non ferreux.
Microfiches. Pièces spécifiques telles que
pointes de stylos à bille ou toute autre pièce
jusqu 'à Ø 7 mm. Savoir-faire et maîtrise
des perçages profonds. Moyens : Toutes nos
machines P4 et P7 sont équipées de ravitailleur
Tryton de LNS avec redresseur pour fût ou torche.
P16 décolleteuse pour pièces compliquées
de Ø 4 à 18 mm munie d'un revolver à
6 broches et équipée avec arrêt de poupée
pour perçages et fraisages transversaux.
Technologie : Seit 1960 sind wir auf die Decolletage
von Elektronikstecken aus Nichteisenmetallen spezialisiert.
Mikrostecker. Spezialteile wie Kugelschreiberspitzen oder
sonstwelche Teile bis zu einem Ø von 7 mm. Know-How
für und Beherrschung von Tiefbohrungen
Mittel : Alle unsere P4-und P7-Maschinen sind mit
einem LNS-Tryton-Magazin inklusiv Richt-vorrichtung für
Stangen oder Drahtrollen. Automatendrehmaschine P16 für
komplizierte Teile Ø 4 bis 18 mm ausgerüstet
mit einem 6-spindeligen Revolverkopf und Spindelstock-arretierung
für Bohren und Querfräsen.
